Bookkeeper – 5+ Years Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a key role for someone with a proven track record in managing financial records, payroll, and compliance with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role
You will be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, BAS preparation, and financial reporting. You'll work closely with management to ensure the financial health of the business and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Full function accounts management (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations)

BAS, IAS, Superannuation, and EOFY preparation

Liaise with accountants, external stakeholders, and the ATO

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards

Use of accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience

Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance

Proficiency in Xero or other cloud-based accounting platforms

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
