About the role

Due to the retirement of a long term employee of 7 years, a position has become available in our small and welcoming team. The position is for weekend work with the potential for additional weekday hours during busier times. Weekday work is not essential to the role however flexibility is a plus.

As a Weekend Receptionist superstar at BIG4 Bays Holiday Park, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This casual position is perfect for a local candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life. The role is based at our holiday park in Anna Bay, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Confidently welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures

Responding to guest enquiries and providing information about the park's facilities and local attractions

Handling bookings and reservation enquiries

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

Providing administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy reception area

Confidence in using computer systems, RMS is an advantage

Flexibility to work most weekends 9am - 4pm

The ability to thrive working independently and also as part of a team

A local candidate with great knowledge of our town's tourism attractions
