Key Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary in Construction Management, Project management, Engineering or similar
• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a commercial main contractor
• Must have delivered commercial construction projects valued at $30-40m +
• Experience working on apartments, student accommodation or aged care projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication
