What You'll Do

Greet customers, get them ready for their session and ensure you answer any questions they have.

Be comfortable with appearing in our social media.

Ensure the space is tidy and ready for the next session.

Be energetic, hands-on and customer obsessed.

Drive revenues by being talkative friendly and to sell.

Continue to grown a collaborative and amazing culture.

Develop and upskill!

Learn the ropes of managing all aspects of a busy, multi-faceted entertainment venue... and we mean ALL aspects!

What You've Got

Energy, enthusiasm and positivity!

Past hands-on experience in a customer service and/or retail environment!

The ability to to pass a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Able to work weekends and early evenings!

A customer obsession to provide a great experience!

Time management skills and a experience in being able to handle admin tasks - being able to balance this with your day-to-day.

The drive to just “get it done” and improve the status quo!
