About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store — delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Processing sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently

Replenishing and merchandising stock to maintain a tidy and visually appealing store

Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation

Working as part of a team to meet store targets and goals

Handling customer queries and product returns in line with company policies

Learning product knowledge to confidently recommend items to customers

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Enthusiastic and approachable, with strong communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible roster including weekends

A team player with a positive attitude

Detail-oriented with basic computer and POS skills

Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
