We’re on the lookout for a conscientious and enthusiastic team member who thrives in a retail environment and enjoys helping customers find the perfect solution for their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products

Delivering expert product knowledge and exceptional service throughout the sales process

Sourcing stock in-store or arranging delivery to meet customer expectations

Finalising sales confidently to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintaining store presentation by updating, rotating, and ticketing stock

Ensuring displays are neat, accessible, and optimised for sales at all times

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, customer-first attitude with great communication skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential

Availability to work flexible hours, must be available weekends and public holidays
