What you will be doing:

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.

Utilise creative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through online channels, networking, and industry events.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining timely communication and providing relevant updates.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to inform recruitment strategies.

Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

Minimum 2 years experiance in the same or a similar position.

Previous experiance in the fitness industry is essential to understand the roles, positions and staffing needs of the business.

You are a relationship expert and a problem-solving guru.

You are a master of communication, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
