Our client is expanding their team and looking for motivated labourers to join them in supporting key industrial, construction, and manufacturing operations across Direk. If you're reliable, hard-working, and ready to get started, we want to hear from you!

🕒 Shift Options Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

📌 Please note: After 4 months, the Night Shift will transition to Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).

🚀 Commencement: As soon as possible (pending successful medical clearance)

✅ Ideal Candidates Must Have:

• Experience in labouring or similar hands-on work
• Competence with a range of tools and equipment
• A strong sense of reliability and a solid work ethic
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a full medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Physical capability to handle manual labour and repetitive tasks

🔧 Your Role:
As a value part of our client's team, you'll play a vital part in keeping projects running smoothly. Your tasks may include (but are not limited to):

• Operating both hand tools (e.g., shovels, hammers, saws) and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, nail guns)
• Assisting skilled trades on-site
• Performing general labour tasks, clean-up, and site maintenance
• Adhering to safety procedures and protocols
• Working to achieve daily KPIs.
