Your new role

As a Labourer within this specialist insulation company, you will play a hands-on role in the delivery of large-scale industrial insulation projects across critical sectors such as food processing, cold storage, and manufacturing. Working closely with experienced tradespeople and site supervisors, you'll assist in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of high-performance insulation systems on tanks, pipes, and associated infrastructure. This role is physically demanding and requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to follow instructions with precision. Your contribution is vital to ensuring the efficiency, safety, and longevity of insulated structures that directly impact the operational performance of client facilities. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a team-based environment, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is eager to build practical skills in a growing, innovative industry. A current white card and reliable transport are essential, and prior experience in construction or industrial settings is highly regarded.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in varying weather conditions

• White card (construction induction) required
• Experience in construction, insulation, or industrial labouring highly regarded
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior trades and supervisors
• Reliable transport to access various job sites as required
• Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces if needed
