Building Labourer

We’re a custom residential builder based on the Fleurieu Peninsula, looking for a capable and motivated labourer to join our growing team.

This is more than just sweeping floors — we need someone who can take initiative, stay productive, and support multiple job sites with confidence. You’ll be responsible for site labouring, materials, tools, and helping keep our jobs running smoothly day-to-day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

General clean-up and manual site labour

Assisting trades with lifting, setup, and basic tasks

Organising materials and managing deliveries

Setting up temporary fencing, toilets, and signage

Driving the company ute to and from jobs or suppliers

Keeping the work vehicle clean and checked (manual, diesel)

Taking basic notes across multiple sites

Managing key shared tools (cement mixer, vac, etc.)

Maintaining and organising the company shed

Supporting a team that values initiative and care in the details

You’ll Need:

White Card (required)

Current driver’s licence (required)

Ability to drive a manual vehicle and reverse a trailer

Labouring or trade experience (preferred)

Physical fitness and a strong work ethic

Good communication and basic task tracking

Bonus: confident with basic trailer and vehicle maintenance
