Your new role

As a Hardscape Labourer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality outdoor projects that reflect the company's reputation for craftsmanship and innovation. Working as part of a skilled, collaborative team, you will be responsible for executing a variety of hardscape elements including fencing, retaining walls, paving, and concreting. This hands-on role requires a strong eye for detail, technical know-how, and a commitment to completing each project to the highest standard. Your work will directly shape the final outcome of residential and commercial landscapes, contributing to the company's goal of creating functional, visually striking outdoor spaces that stand the test of time. You'll work closely with designers, site managers, and fellow trades to bring pre-approved plans to life, ensuring seamless execution on site. The role suits someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in hardscaping, including fencing, paving, retaining walls, and concreting
• Comfortable using a range of hand and power tools relevant to landscaping
• Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to and from job sites
• White Card required
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering visually appealing, long-lasting outdoor spaces
