Your new role
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll provide high-level administrative support to both the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams. Your day-to-day job will include preparing employment contracts, coordinating performance reviews, managing data and mail merges, and supporting team logistics such as meetings and events. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly-bringing structure, accuracy, and a proactive mindset to everything you do.
This is a full-time, office-based position with some flexibility available for school hours. The role will start on a temporary basis but has the chance to move to permanent for the right candidate. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across multiple functions. What you'll need to succeed
