Why this role matters
Consumer Directed Services empower individuals and families to access the supports they need, when and how they need them. As Senior CDS Administrator, you will lead a high-performing admin team to ensure that NDIS, iCare and other CDS-related services run smoothly, professionally with our participants at the centre.
About the opportunity
As the Senior CDS Administrator, you will work across three key domains,
- Lead and support the CDS Administration Team to deliver efficient, high-quality administrative services across Australia
- Provide direct executive support to the General Manager, CDS
- Coordinate and improve administrative systems that ensure people receive the care and support they need to thrive
You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including service providers, families and health professionals, all with a shared goal of supporting individuals to live meaningful lives in their communities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications or commensurate administration experience
- Appropriate IT Skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Right to Work within Australia
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check (Less than 12 months old)
- NDIS Worker Orientation completion certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
