key responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reports
2. Assist in monthly invoicing and communicate with outsourcing bookkeeping company
3. Handle expense reports, employee reimbursements, and administrative support
4. Liaise with suppliers and working closely with directors, HR & other administrative personnel within the enterprise
5. Ad hoc duties as required
Required Skills / Qualification:
1. Proficiency in the use of XERO, MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
2. Completed Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification advantageous
3. Excellent organisation and time management skills
4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and Mandarin
5. Commercial vehicle Industry knowledge advantageous
