About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, caring and proactive OOSH Educator to join our friendly and supportive team in a 30-place Outside School Hours Care service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a balance between structured work and flexibility, and thrives in a fun, child-focused environment.

You’ll work split shifts during school terms and full-time during school holidays.

Term Time Hours:

Morning Shift: 6:30am – 10:30am

Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 6:30pm

School Holidays:

5 days per week, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Split shift allowance will be paid

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in a safe and nurturing environment

Assist with transportation to and from local schools

Help plan and implement age-appropriate activities

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and the team

Support with food preparation (breakfast club) and general OOSH duties

Requirements

Essential:

Current Working With Children Check

Police Check (completed within the last 12 months)

Driver’s Licence (manual or automatic)

Willingness to complete a driving questionnaire and safety course

Desirable (but not essential):

Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or School Age Care

First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training
(We’ll cover the cost of training for the right candidate!)
