What We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for confident, motivated sales professionals who are ready to bring energy, initiative, and a strong customer focus to the team. Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
• A people-first approach—you’re outgoing, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle
• Previous membership or fitness sales experience is a bonus, but not essential

Roster & Flexibility
This isn’t your standard 9–5—it’s a dynamic, people-focused role that reflects the energy of the fitness industry.
This is a full-time role with a rotating roster across 7 days, between opening hours, including some weekends and public holidays. Rosters are set in advance so you can still plan around your life.

Note: Only candidates eligible to commit to a permanent full-time contract will be considered. Unfortunately, working holiday visas are not supported.
