Advertising Consultant (full or part time opportunity)

Are you working in office administration, retail or hospitality and looking to take the next step in your career? This position is a permanent or part time opportunity which offers stability while working in a supportive team environment.

You will be joining a well-established and highly successful media company based at our Tumut office looking after the Tumut and Adelong Times and its sister publications.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven and committed individual to assist with advertising sales, responsible for managing existing clients while growing your own sales.

The ideal candidate will have:

• The capacity to see opportunities to help local business grow though targeted advertising campaigns.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written), enabling connection with a wide range of people across various industries
• The capability to sustain existing relationships and continuously build new ones
• An excellent work ethic and organisational skills (including maintaining current records in our company’s database) enabling you to consistently meet deadlines and achieve sales.
• The ability to collaborate with administration staff, editors and graphic designers in order to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

Riverina Media Group is the publisher of the Tumut and Adelong Times which is part of an independent family-owned media company with over 20 community and farming newspapers, magazines and websites across Southern and Central NSW and North East Victoria.
