About the Role

We're a growing training and education business supporting psychologists and allied health professionals across Australia and beyond. With a suite of highly regarded professional development trainings, digital resources, and a loyal audience, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us expand our reach and grow sustainably.

This is a remote role where you'll work directly with the Director — a senior psychologist and educator — to amplify what's already working and build smart, ethical marketing systems that reflect our brand values.

What You'll Be Doing

Digital Strategy: Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business goals (training launches, lead generation, product promotions)

Paid Advertising: Manage end-to-end Meta and Google ad campaigns, including copywriting, targeting, testing, and performance reporting

SEO: Conduct keyword research and optimise website content to improve search visibility (Wix platform)

Email Marketing: Build and schedule campaigns via Mailchimp, segment lists, run automations, and monitor engagement

Content Marketing: Repurpose existing blog/video/email content into engaging, on-brand digital assets (social posts, email sequences, sales copy)

Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on web traffic, ad performance, funnels, email campaigns, and other metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific tools

Staying Current: Keep across emerging digital marketing trends and tools to improve performance and streamline processes

You're Probably a Match If You…

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or have equivalent practical experience)

Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong grasp of full-funnel strategy and optimisation

Are proficient with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp

Know how to interpret and act on data — you don't just report metrics, you use them to inform strategy

Understand funnel logic, lead magnets, customer journeys, and warm-up sequences

Have strong instincts for short-form content and conversion copy that feels human and compelling

Are values-aligned and sensitive to the ethical context of marketing in psychology and health

Have permanent work rights in Australia

Have advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (including GA4 migration experience)

Bonus (Not Essential) If You…

Have experience in the education, psychology, or allied health space

Have worked with Wix for web and SEO

Have supported small, values-driven brands or personal businesses

The Details

Type: Part-time

Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week to start (potential to grow to full time, if interested)

Pay: $85,000 + super (pro-rata)

Location: Remote — must be based in Australia with full work rights
