Brand Marketing Specialist (12-Month Contract)

We’re looking for a savvy Brand Marketing Specialist to support a dynamic in-house marketing team for a 12-month parental leave cover.

Working closely with senior brand leads, you’ll help shape how this much-loved lifestyle brand communicates across social, content and ATL channels.
This role suits a marketer who thinks both strategically & creatively and has excellent project management capabilities to deliver integrated campaigns to market.

Your Remit:

• Assist with the rollout of seasonal brand campaigns (ATL & digital), including asset coordination and dispatch
• Collaborate across PR, performance, email and social to ensure campaigns are connected and consistent
• Support across key event activations and brand partnerships
• Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights
• Support the social manager in executing organic social strategies to grow and engage audiences
• Contribute ideas and oversee production of scroll-stopping social content tailored to each platform
• Brief and manage content creators and in-house studio to deliver against brand and campaign objectives
• Write and edit social copy, blog posts, and web content that’s on-brand and SEO-friendly
• Manage the content calendar and scheduling across all channels
• Work with PR and brand teams to support reputation and crisis management responses

You’ll Bring:

• Min. 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social or content (agency or in-house)
• The ability to work with media and creative agencies to drive campaign execution across multiple channels & platforms
• Strong creative instincts paired with attention to detail and solid organisational skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Brandwatch, Sprout or similar
• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• A genuine interest in building brand love and connecting with communities online

Salary: $85k + super
Location: Sydney
Hybrid Model: 3:2

This is a 12-month maternity contract role, however there may be scope for permanent down the track. Sponsorship is not an option for this role, so only those candidates with full working rights for Australia will be considered.
