Qualifications & experience

General construction white card is a minimum to work on a construction site

Cert 3 Carpentry and Construction

Drivers License

Your Own Vehicle and tools

Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail, produce high-quality work and a commitment to delivering projects on time/schedule and within budget.

Ability to work within and maintain a fast pace whilst adhering to safety procedures

Ability to work in a team environment

Able to follow directions and instructions from area supervisors and managers

Practical knowledge of WHS

Tasks & responsibilities

Residential construction work including new homes and renovations

Wide variety of carpentry work including: Frames (pre fabrication and build on site), Trusses, Cladding, Fix-out and Demolition

Must have drivers license and Work Vehicle

A positive attitude to work and learn the skills required

Execute carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail, including frames & trusses, cladding, fixouts, decks & pergolas etc.

Instruct, manage and organize Apprentices and others in the team

Utilize a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment to deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

Manage materials efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring cost-effective project execution.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting productivity and efficiency.
