What we’re looking for:

A strong work ethic and drive to learn

Good attitude—respectful, honest, and dependable

No mucking around with phones or wasting time on site

Someone who works hard but can still enjoy a laugh with the team

A real interest in becoming skilled and professional in the trade

What you’ll be doing:

Structural framing in both timber and steel

Working across residential and commercial sites

Learning from qualified and experienced carpenters

Gaining hands-on experience and developing real site skills

You lack interest in the trade or personal development

Requirements:

White Card

Driver’s licence and reliable transport

Basic hand tools (preferred for 2nd–4th years)

Punctuality and a strong attitude towards work
