About the Role

A great opportunity exists for an experienced and fully qualified Carpenter/Joiner to join the team at Link Asset Services on a full-time basis.

Within this role you will:

Interpret client requests and provide trade services to fulfill requests

Follow all code requirements for the required tasks

Manage daily runs effectively, ensuring communication with management and clients as you progress

Select and evaluate materials for required tasks

About You

We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced carpenter that has:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide direction to staff onsite and mentor junior staff

A strong focus on the solution, not the problem

The ability to think on your feet

Sound knowledge of WHS practices

Flexibility to work overtime as required

Construction Industry White Card

Current driver's license

Link Asset Services is a highly reputable building and maintenance company based in Sydney. We predominately work with NSW Government departments including the Education department, fire stations, and ambulance centres.

The majority of the work we do comes from quoted jobs within the industry. However, we also work on a reactive basis where needed.
