About the role

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Lencom Antennas Pty. Ltd. in Newton, SA. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing lifecycle. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, bills of material and logistics processes to support the ongoing production and delivery of our industry-leading antennas and communications equipment.

What you'll be doing

Identify and liaise with suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery of materials and components

Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet production demands

Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and follow up on any issues or delays

Develop and manage bills of materials (BOMs) for each product

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the supply chain including accounts payable

Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and make recommendations to management

Provide support to the production team as needed

Assist with the implementation of supply chain management systems and processes

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in supply chain management, purchasing, logistics, or a related field

Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar supply chain coordination or procurement role

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and Microsoft Office applications

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail

Knowledge of the manufacturing or logistics industry is highly desirable
