RMB Service Group are seeking an Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team. Our office is located in Regency Park with onsite parking. RMB are a family run business who specialise in through-life support for specialty vehicles including Cranes, Emergency Service vehicles, and Defence Equipment.

This role supports our operational team with the purchasing of parts for servicing and repairs.

Your duties would include:

Administration of Purchase orders: Create, Receive and Finalise in our ERP system

Manage stocks of consumables

Manage the upkeep of our stores

Creating Parts in our ERP System

Chase up suppliers for overdue orders, invoices.

About you: Skills required to be successful in the role

Task prioritisation : Ability to determine what is urgent and what can be dealt with as business as usual.

Administration and Purchasing experience is desired

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

High attention to detail and organisation

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic organisation

A desire to work through lower priority tasks to ensure you have the ability to respond to priority tasks when required.
