What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting home visits to assess and treat clients with a wide range of conditions.

Providing foot care, footwear assessments, and chronic condition management.

Helping clients maintain mobility, foot health, and independence.

Working collaboratively with GPs, physiotherapists, OTs and other healthcare providers.

Using evidence-based treatment techniques to improve patient outcomes.

Remuneration & Benefits:

We offer flexible remuneration packages depending on your situation and preference:

Full-Time & Part-Time Clinicians

Total package: $110-120k (depending on experience) + super + PD allowance (FTE, Pro-rata for Part-time) + Travel allowance

Earn commission as a percentage of product sales.

Full-time clinicians may be eligible for a company car and phone.

Casual Clinical roles also available

Option to be paid sessionally per client (fixed rate inclusive of loadings & super).

OR rostered for shifts ( with remuneration being based on hourly rate, plus loading, plus travel/admin allowance, plus super.)

We’re happy to negotiate higher pay rates for clinicians who supply and maintain their own tools!

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Podiatry
- AHPRA Registration (Full, Unrestricted).
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle.
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Passion for providing patient-centered, community-based care.
