About the role
Support a Senior Property Manager preparing for maternity leave. You will begin in a varied role that will be both in the office and on the road. You will gradually step into more responsibilities, with the backing of a supportive team, financial incentives, and progression.
Duties
• Manage lease renewals, arrears and maintenance
• Assist with tenant communications
• Prepare lease documents and applications
• Use PropertyMe, IRE, 2Apply and Inspection Express
• The potential to support trust accounting and compliance tasks in the future
Skills & experience
• Property Management Registration (SA)
• Property Management experience is a must
• Strong admin and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow into the role
Confident using CRM systems
