To lead this transformation, we are seeking a General Manager – AI Innovation & Growth, a commercially savvy leader who will:
Drive revenue growth through AI-powered solutions and scalable business models
Lead the commercial strategy, positioning NetEngine as the go-to AI solutions provider
Build strategic partnerships with businesses looking to embed AI into their operations
Champion innovation and execution, ensuring AI solutions are delivered rapidly and successfully
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands both the commercial potential of AI and how to execute a growth strategy that wins in the market
Your Impact: AI Growth, Market Leadership & Sales Strategy
Shape NetEngine’s AI commercial strategy – Define and execute a go-to-market plan that positions us as a leader in AI-powered business solutions
Own revenue growth – Drive sales, partnerships, and client acquisition for our AI-driven software solutions
Develop industry-leading AI solutions – Work with our technical team to ensure our AI innovations deliver real business value

What We’re Looking For
A proven commercial leader with experience in driving sales and scaling tech businesses
A deep understanding of AI-powered business solutions and how they create value for clients
A strategic thinker with strong execution skills, comfortable balancing high-level vision with hands-on leadership
A track record of winning new business, building partnerships, and expanding market presence
A relentless drive to innovate, automate, and drive revenue growth through AI adoption
A strong belief in the power of in-office collaboration to drive success and innovation
Why Join NetEngine?
You’ll have the opportunity to earn a total package of $200,000 to $300,000, comprising:
Base Salary aligned to your experience and capability
Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP): performance-based, linked to key commercial outcomes
Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): including employee share options designed to reward long-term impact and leadership value
The final structure will be tailored based on your experience, with meaningful upside for strong commercial performance and leadership impact.
