About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Officer to join our team in Hoppers Crossing. This full-time, hands-on role supports the Warehouse Manager with daily operations to ensure accurate order fulfilment and efficient warehouse management.

Please note: This role will be based at our Hoppers Crossing premises for approximately 12 weeks, after which operations will relocate to our new facility in Keilor Park. Candidates must be willing and able to transition with us to the new location.

Monday to Friday only – no weekend work required

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and invoicing customer orders

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse

Restocking shelves manually or using a forklift

Assisting with goods in/out, including loading and unloading

Tracking and recording lot numbers, serial numbers, and expiry dates

Operating warehouse equipment and internal systems

Supporting stocktakes and general inventory duties

Collaborating with team members to resolve order issues

Occasionally picking up or delivering customer equipment

Performing other tasks as required by the Warehouse Manager

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Basic computer literacy

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

A current Forklift Licence – essential

A valid Manual Driver’s Licence – essential

White Card – preferred but not required

Please note: Forklift and manual driver’s licences are mandatory for this role.
