Inventory Officer (Storeperson)

Join a leading Australian power generation company specialising in the design, engineering, production, installation, commissioning and servicing of custom generator systems. We're seeking a reliable and proactive Inventory Officer to manage our Traralgon production facility’s inventory, support our fabrication and assembly teams, and ensure smooth and efficient material handling and storage operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials and equipment

Organising and maintaining the storage for efficient access and stock control

Picking and preparing parts for Production jobs

Supporting inventory counts and data entry into our ERP system

Assisting with general workshop duties as required

About You:

Experience in a stores, warehousing, or logistics role (preferably in a manufacturing / industrial environment)

Current forklift licence (essential)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

A positive team player with a “get it done” attitude

Basic computer skills (experience with inventory software or ERP systems is a bonus)
