Dental 359 is currently seeking a receptionist to join our dedicated team. If you enjoy working with people, have excellent organizational skills, and are passionate about customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting patients

Management of appointment books and maintenance (hygiene) program

Managing phone lines

Liaising with patients and dental providers

Data entry and mailing tasks

Patient payments, petty cash and day end reconciliation

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Computer literacy

A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
