Position Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial kitchens, excellent communication skills, and a passion for consistently producing high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-standard dishes across various kitchen sections

Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation consistency

Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and occupational health requirements (HACCP standards)

Assist with stock control, inventory, and ordering as required

Provide leadership and support to junior staff during service

Work efficiently under pressure and contribute positively to a team-focused kitchen

Requirements

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a similar role

Solid understanding of kitchen operations and safety protocols

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
