GGCO includes Whistling Kite, The Chase Bar & Bistro, Port Kennedy Tavern and the White Lakes Brewery. We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team at The Chase Bar & Bistro.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate:

Proven experience in a similar role

An ability to be an essential member in a team environment

Excellent knowledge and strength in Kitchen Operations

An ability to execute given tasks to completion without having to be micromanaged

Good product knowledge

Time management

and most importantly of all: a PASSION for both hospitality and DELIVERING AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE to our guests.
