About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our vibrant culinary team at Currambine Bar and Bistro in Currambine, Western Australia. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. This is a casual role, offering flexibility in your work schedule.

What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality dishes to our menu specifications

Assisting the Head Chef in the efficient running of the kitchen

Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Collaborating with the team to improve kitchen operations and streamline processes

Providing guidance and training to junior kitchen staff

Ensuring a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen

Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in commercial kitchens
