We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Support & Office Manager to join our small team. This is a key leadership role that combines high-level executive assistance with team supervision, HR coordination, office management, and customer service oversight.
You will lead a small administration team, overseeing day-to-day office operations, and play a hands-on role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Additionally, you will work closely with our executive team to provide essential support across reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.

Position Description & Key Duties
Executive Support
Provide regular reports to the Executive on customer service requirements, trends in enquiries and client feedback
Provide regular HR and Finance reports including the recording of staff leave, compliance requirements and ensure the maintenance of WHS standards.
Provide high-level support with the recruitment of key positions and associated contracts
Onboard new employees
Managerial:
Supervise the Administration Assistant role, including conducting regular performance evaluation processes
Manage and maintain administration processes, including conducting a regular review of processes, ensuring quality assurance processes and maintaining templates, as required.
Oversee all team calendars and travel
Oversee customer service enquiries and responses by administration staff
Oversee the maintenance of office requirements
Payroll/Accounts (MYOB)
Review and finalise weekly payroll
Accounts support (recording of sales invoices and refunds)
Customer Service
Pursue new client leads through website or social media enquiries
Manage escalations in customer service queries or grievances
