A fantastic opportunity is currently available for a highly motivated Workshop Manager to join our team at our Seaton Service Centre for an immediate start.

You will be given training and skills to progress your career to the next level. If you have the passion and desire.

Key responsibilities include:

Day to day running of the store, including;

• Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customer base;

• Quoting, invoicing and job reconciliation.

• Liaising with supply chain and ordering parts.

• Delegation of all work and providing support and direction to a small, efficient team.

What we look for:

• Impeccable personal presentation as the front-facing representative.

• Previous experience in management of the motor industry would be advantageous, as well as sound mechanical knowledge.

• Commitment to customer service excellence, and talent for sales.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Workshop Manager is preferred.

• A valid Australian driver’s license – Essential.

• A professional and reliable attitude – Essential.

• Loyalty and accountability

• Compliant with WH&S rules, regulations, and procedures.

• Effective time management skills and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
