Role Overview:

As part of our After Sales team, you will play a crucial role in our operations, handling retail part sales, service repair orders and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. From managing orders and maintaining inventory to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, you will be a key contributor to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling retail parts sales, primarily across our TCM network and HSE division. You'll be expected to maintain professional and timely communication with clients from inquiry through to completion. Your duties will include ordering parts through suppliers to meet customer needs, collaborating with other parts staff to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Conducting major stock takes at the end of the financial year, along with ongoing weekly audit checks. You'll be responsible for executing processes that ensure an exceptional customer experience, adhering to all parts and service department procedures, and maintaining a clean and organised work area, including receiving and dispatch areas. Teamwork is paramount and plays a big part in our culture. Compliance with all company Health & Safety measures is essential.
