We have a short-term and immediate opportunity working with our client in the Mining sector, to join a project in their Perth office as an HR Specialist, the intended start date of this assignment is 6th August.

This is a unique and urgent opportunity to step into a pivotal HR Specialist role where you'll support strategic change initiatives and help shape the future of the organisation.

This role is based in the Perth Office.

You will provide expert support across complex employee relations matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who can operate independently and bring immediate value to a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working closely with business leaders, providing autonomous coaching and support through:

Workplace investigations

Disciplinary procedures

Safety and policy-related incidents

Complex bullying and harassment cases

This role requires deep knowledge of Fair Work legislation and the ability to work with minimal to no oversight from an HR Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience managing sensitive employee relations issues end-to-end, have strong, up-to-date knowledge of Australian workplace laws and Fair Work compliance. Confidence in coaching leaders and influencing outcomes independently and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, corporate environment.
