The Role

As a key member of a small and high-performing finance team, you’ll support day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts payable/receivable, banking, credit cards, and travel
• Maintaining the asset register and assisting with reconciliations
• Supporting procurement
• Providing guidance on TechnologyOne and improving internal processes

The Ideal Person

You’re someone with a strong background in day-to-day finance operations who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.

Experience using TechnologyOne in a finance setting, and a willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work would be assets in this role.

This opportunity is open to both current APS employees and those looking to transition into the public service.

A Baseline security clearance is required for this role.

• $77k - $91k + 15.4% Super
