About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Producer to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across META and Google Ads, working closely with account managers, paid media specialists, and creatives. You’ll also manage production tasks including tracking, reporting, QA, and related web development (landing pages, conversion/performance optimisation), ensuring timely, accurate delivery. You’ll also produce regular campaign reports using Looker Studio (or equivalent), delivering insights to both clients and internal stakeholders. This is a great role for someone with technical know-how, strong organisation skills, and a love for delivering campaigns that create real growth for our clients.

Duties & responsibilities

Campaign Coordination & QA:

Work with the Paid Media Specialist and Digital Director to brief, implement and QA paid media campaigns.

Conduct pre-launch QA for all campaigns including targeting, tracking, URLs and creative validation.

Asset & Website Delivery:

Coordinate with Digital Designers, Copywriters and Developers to deliver campaign assets and landing pages.

Scope and coordinate website-related projects tied to campaign delivery – including landing pages, A/B testing, and analytics.

Tracking & Technical Management:

Manage tracking and tagging implementation using Google Tag Manager, META Events Manager, and related platforms.

Reporting & Insights:

Produce and present client-facing reports (monthly, annual and ad-hoc) using Looker Studio or equivalent tools.

Compile insights and performance commentary that highlight successes, issues, and opportunities.

Project Management:

Act as a project manager between digital, creative, and account teams to ensure campaign timelines are met.

Maintain communication and updates with Account Managers to ensure smooth delivery.

Suggest opportunities for improved workflow, campaign optimisation or service offering.
