About the role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ledger Financial Group in Leederville, WA. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the team
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assist with the organisation and implementation of company events and functions
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Support the implementation of office policies and procedures
- Client administration and assistance
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
