1. Generalist Support Worker

What You'll Do:

Support people in daily living tasks like personal care, hygiene and meals

Deliver group programs and community inclusion activities

Facilitate skill-building, recreation and respite support

Work in partnership with families and colleagues

Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid Certificate

NSW Driver’s License

Cert III in Individual Support or willingness to obtain

Flexibility to work key support times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

2. Barista / Support Worker

Location: Earl & Birdy's Coffee Trailer, Nowra Private Hospital
Shifts: 6:30am–11:00am or 10:30am–3:00pm (Weekdays only)

Use your barista skills to brew quality coffee while supporting young people with disability who are learning hospitality skills.

Requirements:

Proven barista experience (essential)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid Certificate

NSW Driver’s License
