The Opportunity

As Head of Finance, APAC, you’ll be the financial backbone of our APAC operations, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights, robust financial planning, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Finance Director, Europe and International, you’ll lead a talented local finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future.

The Challenge

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the below duties including but not limited to:

Lead strategic financial planning, scenario modelling, and capital allocation across APAC.

Deliver insightful pricing, project, and investment analysis to support commercial decisions.

Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using Hyperion and other Group systems.

Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency across procurement and manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and audit processes.

Mentor and develop the local finance team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

About You

We’re particularly keen to here from those who have/are:

A recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent).

Proven experience in financial leadership within a manufacturing or commercial environment.

Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor) and Hyperion Financial Management.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, organised, and resilient approach to leadership.
