Role

Operating across the group, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape financial strategy, uncover opportunities, and support decision-making that improves operational performance and EBITDA.

This hands-on, business-facing position with direct exposure to executive decision-makers and a clear mandate to deliver value.

Partner with operational and corporate leaders to identify commercial opportunities

Build models, dashboards, and analytics to support financial and strategic decisions

Lead performance reporting and forecasting across residential, workforce and property

Provide actionable insights that align operations with financial outcomes

Support investment planning, pricing, and capital allocation

You

CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in commercial finance or business partnering

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication ability

Proven track record influencing decision-makers and improving performance

High level of initiative, commercial acumen, and ability to thrive in complexity
