The role

Reporting into the Head of FP&A, in this role you'll look to maintain and build best practice FP&A processes across ANZ for the division as well as assist in group initiatives.

• Partner closely with the ELT to influence key strategic and financial decisions
• Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, investment cases and commercial modelling
• Deliver insights, analysis and management reporting with a focus on performance improvement
• Contribute to a large-scale finance transformation initiative

You will also be a proven leader, as this role involves the management of 2 Senior Analysts.

The Successful Candidate

• 3+ years working experience in a similar role, with proven business partnering skills within a ASX listed business or MNC
• Full CA / CPA qualifications (essential)
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent presentation and proven experience preparing board reports
