About the Company

We are partnering with a high-profile global client in the education sector. This is a hands-on Finance Manager role with full ownership of financials for one of their key divisions.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of financial accounting/reporting experience (statutory, tax) and commercial finance capability (budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling).

Your Responsibilities

• Lead monthly results analysis, commentary, and reporting for local and international stakeholders
• Drive the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, working closely with operational and executive team
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Oversee and validate all financial reporting requirements, including internal management reports and external regulatory submissions
• Full ownership of the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet including oversight of all financial activity
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls, particularly across financial modelling, automation, and reporting
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior finance team members

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years' experience in a similar finance role
• Proven ability in financial modelling
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage cross-functionally and influence non-finance stakeholders
• Passion for process improvement, automation, and building scalable reporting frameworks
