About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to accountable for leading the development of strategic, operational and service planning within the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. The role will manage the implementation and development of clinical and service performance initiatives and monitoring and reporting of progress and performance across the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Lead and oversee the monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of clinical and service performance at RBWH, ensuring alignment with MNH strategic goals.
- Support clinical teams in the design, implementation, and evaluation of service improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and value-based care.
- Lead the development and implementation of RBWH's strategic planning framework and ensure alignment with MNH priorities and Department of Health policies.
