Location: Neutral Bay, NSW (with regular commute to Newcastle & Kiama practices)

The Role

As Practice Business Manager, you will:

Lead and implement business strategy across Neutral Bay, Newcastle & Kiama locations

Plan and action marketing initiatives, financial performance, and regular pricing reviews

Manage practice bookkeeping, review practice analytics, report directly to the directors, and collaborate closely with the senior admin team to ensure seamless operations

Foster and expand referral networks (domestic & international)

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development for all staff

What You’ll Bring

Proven practice management or senior administrative experience in healthcare

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L, and KPIs responsibility

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Proficiency with practice management software and financial tracking tools

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
