This high-impact role, suits a confident communicator with a passion for real estate, a natural drive for results, and a knack for building lasting relationships with landlords and investors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and convert new property management leads
• Partner with the sales team and close countless warm leads
• Present property management services to landlords and investors
• Build and manage your own lead pipeline
• Conduct rental appraisals, listing presentations, and follow-up meetings
• Work alongside leasing and property management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Represent your agency at local events, and networking opportunities

What You Bring

• Experience in real estate sales, business development, BDM, or property management
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with landlords and investors
• Strong time management and self-motivation
• A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence (or willingness to obtain)
