Responsibilities:

• Prospect and source new business opportunities
• Convert warm Property Management leads from the sales team
• Maintain and build relationships with landlords and potential clients
• Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice
• Manage leasing inquiries and arrange appointments
• Lease properties you bring in before handing them over to the PM team
• Collaborate closely with the sales and property management teams
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks related to your portfolio

Requirements:

• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Proven experience in a similar BDM role within real estate
• Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license
