As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help us expand our market presence and support our valued partners. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and take ownership of a well-established territory across NSW. This role focuses on managing and growing B2B customer accounts, driving sales, and supporting resellers to ensure full representation of our premium workwear product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of trade and reseller accounts across NSW through a structured call cycle
- Drive territory sales and exceed budget targets through focused activity and planning
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions to build product confidence and capability in-store
- Identify and assist with larger contract opportunities, expanding range penetration across the territory
- Provide ongoing market and competitor feedback to support business development
- Maintain CRM records and submit accurate activity and sales reports to the Senior Sales Executive
- Coordinate travel to effectively service your region, with office and team support as needed
- Cross-sell additional product ranges in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Candidates Profiles We're Looking For:
- Wholesale distribution experience selling safety gear to reseller merchants such as first aid supplies, workwear, personal protective equipment (PPE), eyewear, footwear, workplace safety i.e. road and traffic signage;
- Experience in the apparel industry in wholesale distribution (does not need to be Construction or Industrial related);
- Experience selling ANY sort of product to construction & trade professionals, ideally through wholesale distribution channels
What’s On Offer:
- Base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation (12%)
